A Growing Community

 Tri-County Conservancy District was established August 23, 1995 pursuant to Indiana Conservancy District Law.  The Conservancy primarily serves a master-planned community, known as Heartland Crossing, located just southwest of Indianapolis, Indiana.

The District serves an area approximately 1300 acres in size.  Since the first homes were built in 1998, the District has grown to over 2,300 residential users, 350 apartment dwellings, a championship golf course, and over 60 retail and commercial users, and their customers.  Whether you are a current resident, business owner, or new to t
